We love that you chose to order with us! As a reward, qualitysmokeshop.com will give FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 that ship within the continental United States. Smaller items, and international orders, ship via USPS with either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your location and the shipping costs involved (our shipping department will make this call on an individual order basis.). Large orders, and most vaporizers, ship standard Ground for non-residential addresses.
All shipping costs are calculated in real-time on the website during checkout. If you need/want to make a change to this, please contact our Customer Service Department at any time to discuss.

Thank you so much for buying from Qualitysmokeshop.com. We appreciate your business. If you are here however, it would suggest there is a problem. We are happy to help. If you have an issue with returns or exchanges, you are in the right place.
It is an excellent idea to to do your research before buying any product online before you buy. This will help ensure you are well-informed and truly do want the item you are ordering. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be made on items that have been used in any way whatsoever. Making sure this is the product for you will help ensure the best possible outcome. Our amazing staff is more than happy to answer questions ahead of your purchase so please do not hesitate to ask about anything you want to know about. Seriously, we are all very knowledgeable and super friendly, we would love to chat. We will do our best to make sure you have all of the information you will need.
ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS
All items purchased from Qualitysmokeshop.com must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:
- Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.
- Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Any glass damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be acquired by calling us at 123-324-2392 or emailing us at support@qualitysmokeshop.com. No returns or exchanges will be permitted without an RMA. This number must be written on all sides of the return packaging to ensure it is properly seen.
- Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. Understand this also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order. Qualitysmokeshop.com strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless it can be tracked and is insured.
- Qualitysmokeshop.com strongly recommends purchasing insurance on your return package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Qualitysmokeshop.com cannot accept receipt of the return and no refund will be given.
- Customer agrees to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes charging cables, covers, storage, parts and/or accessories.
- Qualitysmokeshop.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return or exchange.
- All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.
Providing that all of the above conditions are in verifiable order, this would be a full refund or the exchanged merchandise sent out.
FAQs
If your tracking information shows “Label Created, not yet in system,” this means that we have printed your label and packed your order but the shippiing courier has not picked up for the day. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to update and show your package is in transit. Once your package has been picked up, your estimated delivery date can be found with your tracking number.

We work very hard to ensure that your package is delivered safely. However, we understand that this does not always happen. When you first receive your package, inspect the item to make sure that it is in proper working condition. If there is something that is not satisfactory, immediately take a photo and email it to us at Our Customer Service with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the photo.
We will try to replace the broken item, or if that is not possible, we can offer a refund or exchange for the piece. Exchanges must be of equal value to the broken item.
If there is breakage during shipping, we must be informed as soon as possible. Please inform us within 48 hours of the package arrival.
Please note, we ONLY accept returns on broken items if the item is unused.
Here at qualitysmokeshop.com we are a marketplace that offers thousands of products from dozens of suppliers and vendors around the United States. Because of this, there a lot of people involved in getting your package shipped out on time. So while we can't always guarantee an order can be cancelled, we're still happy to try so please let us know as soon as possible and we will always do our best to help.
Please note: once an order has been fulfilled with a tracking number, the order can no longer be cancelled.
